Hertfordshire County Council is supporting bus operators across the county with the Intalink Innovation Fund 2016/17, helping projects designed to encourage more residents to travel to work by bus.

The Centrebus ‘Fab 80s’ project is the flagship; focussing on services 80 and 81 between Stevenage and Hitchin. Cycle SolutionsEmployees can access 10 per cent discount on bikes and equipment purchased from Cycle Solutions’ online store plus range of exclusive benefits on Cycle 2 Work scheme.

A new partnership between Cycle Solutions and Go Travel Solutions will provide members of the national Smartgo networks with 10 per cent discount on bikes and equipment bought from the Cycle Solutions’ online store. The agreement will also provide employees with a range of exclusive benefits for budding and experienced cyclists participating in the Cycle 2 Work scheme.

The new offer is open to national employers that are members of Smartgo workplace travel networks in Leicester, Milton Keynes, Stevenage, Hinckley, Loughborough and North West Leicestershire, and other UK employers signed up to the Smartgo Standard package.

The event will run from 13:30-16:30 at Highcross Management Suite - Shires Lane, Leicester and will focus on the latest UK developments in sustainable travel options for employers and their staff.
